We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the luxurious amenities fulfilled all our needs. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be an unforgettable experience. the amazing indoor swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing. the heated swimming pool had plenty of sun loungers and the room had exclusive advantages. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had special diet menus and private facilities. the location was excellent and the service was top-notch.
The only minor issue we had was finding the Q-Park car park, as there were hardly any signs near it. the concierge was friendly and helpful which made up for it.

Spacious, well-equipped room with a TV, sofa, sink, oven, stove. Immaculate shower with multiple options. On-site gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Convenient location near Manchester Cathedral and food court. Ample parking available for a lower price than nearby options. All in all, a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay with excellent cleanliness, hotel facilities, and friendly staff. The location was perfect, very close to shopping centres and in a nice area with a shop right across the road. It was also really close to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities and top-quality service. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with private facilities that made me feel truly pampered. the location is also excellent, with easy access to all the attractions of the city.

Located in a nice little area near the center, this hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the city. Despite being close to rail tracks with constant train movement, the rooms are well-insulated, providing a peaceful stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable experience. Guests can enjoy a fantastic breakfast and take advantage of facilities like a refreshing pool and spa. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms.
There was a problem with the toilet not flushing, which required multiple requests for assistance.
